Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this timeframe, you can cancel or return your order for any reason without providing justification. Similar to our standard policy, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
